Do guests need an account or an app?

No. Once the organizer sets up the event, guests use its QR code or URL to open the upload page in their browser and contribute photos and videos without signing in.

Is MomentDen only for weddings?

No. Use it for birthdays, reunions, graduations, anniversaries, company celebrations, fundraisers, and other events where people capture photos and videos.

Can I download all the photos and videos?

Yes. The organizer can view and download individual photos and videos, or download the complete collection in original quality.

Do guests need an internet connection?

Yes. Uploading requires Wi-Fi or mobile data. If connectivity is weak at the venue, guests can use the same link later, while the event’s upload window is open.

Who can upload to my event?

Anyone with your event’s QR code or link can upload, including someone it has been forwarded to. Share it with the people you want contributing to your collection.

How long are uploads and downloads available?

Your event includes up to 10 GB of storage, with storage and collection access for up to 60 days after the event. Download your photos and videos during that period to keep your own copies. If you need more time, contact us to arrange an extension.

Does MomentDen create a finished video?

MomentDen gathers the photos and videos and makes them available to download. You, a friend, or an editor can use those files to create a video separately.
